About Us

Caboolture Workers Cooperative is a grassroots social enterprise, established by local people for local people in 2006. Working from an inclusive, cooperative spirit, our mission is to provide meaningful employment opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities and mental health issues in the Moreton Bay Region.

Our core belief is, everyone is healthier and happier when they have a valued role.

We work from the principle that meaningful employment is a socially valued role for all people and essential for optimum well-being, self-esteem, and mental health. When people with disabilities are given valued roles like employment, society perceives them in a more positive way and they experience less discrimination, greater opportunities for social inclusion, and less financial hardship.

At the Co-op Coffee Clinic, we aim to remove barriers which restrict people with disabilities from participating in employment and support them to build skills and knowledge and achieve their employment goals.
